Damn what a parabolic move towards the end. Rare.

Such a poor day for me. I was so correct in going long with a large position in the morning. Had I kept that long NQ position till eod, I would have made:

    2660-2633 = 27 NQ points = 27*20 = 540$ per contract
I had 5 cars, would have been easy 540*5 = 2700 USD for the day

Damn! I didn't make a dime today and endured 3 drawdowns of 10 NQ points each.

Need to take a hot shower to blow the steam and relax.

Emotions were in check during trading day. Now, trading day is over - just blowing off some steam. Didn't lose money but it sucked for me today.

On further analysis, the real reason for my screwed up day was that I traded NQ instead of ES.

Looking at the attachment. Swings in NQ were much more deeper compared to ES. So, everytime the position went against me, it went by a lot more in NQ compared to what it would have gone had I traded ES.

After coming out of such nasty drawdowns 3 times in a day, my tendency was to switch direction and again I went into a drawdown. Had I traded ES (as I normally do, I have a better understanding of the swings that take place in ES), it would have been better for my position.

  7. It would be great if you backed your talk with an entry, a stop and a target.

    Thanks.

  8. Its pointless, I learned long ago to keep my distance from this place. Bunch of egos on full tilt here. But the site owner loves it. keeps the site hits coming when everyone's emotions are raging.

I laugh when I do post and with in 2 hours im challenged, so predictable.

  9. Is it not more pointless to slander people for no reason beyond what seems to be your own enjoyment? It seems to me that you're not quite without ego yourself.

Educate and inspire your inferiors with your actions in advance and don't just drop by after the close and state the obvious. If you continue doing that, it's probably better that you don't post at all.

Analysis and opinions on ES is always welcome, but when it's done in a condescending manner, you should at least put your own words on the line and prove yourself. I know you've been wrong on quite a few of your calls already.

    :)

  10. there are so many "sitting on the sidelines" calls by people in hindsight.. its see i told you the market would rally... its playing the optionality of self righteousness.. capitalize emotionally off other peoples bad calls.. you know if there was an actual way to monetize that i still think it would be shit. most good traders i've ever read about say.. you only believe something as much as your willing to put you money on it..
plus your being stenstivie yourself by not handling the shots taken at you on your own calls that you have posted in the past.. at the end of the day.. who gives a fuxk. a more comprehensive view with some substance would help rather then.. HA see your fuxked : kinda of thing..
