he probably is a member of the 106r program and if so, its very easy to get a rate of $1.90 a round turn. im a member of that program and get 1.98 r/t. but it does end in october. so very doable.
My Firm also has that program and will have to lease two seats after Oct to keep it going. It will be about $5K fee. Need Economy of scale to work.
