Errors of Life

  1. Simples

    Simples

    Karma == Consequences
    What you sow, you shall reap.

    Most religions try to awaken humanity to this fact. But because we're beings prone to deception, superstition, too readily believing any story presented to us, we stumble in the dark.
    This, until life presents us with enough experiences to understand the contexts around us.

    Most people think themselves special, and do enjoy a unique experience. Just ask them if they're ready for the afterlife today in order to save world resources, they'll say they want to continue living. This life is still special and precious to them. So never believe overly sceptical people, repeatedly declaring themselves objective, rational or even scientific. Nobody are truly something else than they are. It's the same kind of fairy tales religious and other people cling to. Identical mechanisms - different stories.

    So why does it not appear so in day-to-day life? Why people seem content with surfaces and cheap effects?

    Because they're in hiding. Our cultures effectively weed out much of our selves. Only celebrities and "special designated people" are allowed to have any individuality left, but, somehow, never coworkers, your friends, your family or You! Throughout time we deify our ancestors, but punish and suppress similar behaviour in the present. At all times this is to an extent seen as normal, and probably is too!

    Awaken. Question. Grow.
    Seek the people - circumstances.
    Or just enjoin the show.

  2. Errors of Life

    1. Started smoking, (have since quit, thank God!).

    2.I guess that after having studied TA (price & vol.-not indicators) for 2 or so years I should have focused on only 2 or 3 setups that worked well in my plan rather than having spent so much time trying to find a setup to fit every single price movement under the sun, or the 'perfect' setup, in order to create the perfect trading plan. All that study took time away from real time trading that could have been used to reach my financial goals much much sooner. But at the same time I've truly enjoyed these 40 years of study, and will continue studying TA until that morning when I go face first into my pancakes!

    3. Married the daughter of a witch, (the witch won and got her daughter back, thank God!).

  4. As I am spending time with "integrist" Catholics, I am always interested in how people use
    "catholic" in everything - even f it is more like something else than "catholicism". This explains better why "integrist" catholic is all important.

    At least you are realising that you have much to learn regarding this religion : please make sure you keep educating yourself about it - starting with the concepts of "idolatry" , "creatures vs THE creator", "the meaning of the suffering of Christ". It would also be very interesting for you to update, say in 10 years time, about this post, so that we could check if our hypothesis regarding your post turn out true.
