  2. The ACLU and these fanatical anti-religion groups make a very good living doing it.

    They get enormous legal fees when the government settles or loses in court.

  4. It's been a long time since the con law course I took in law school; can you cite me some cases where the ACLU and fanatical anti-religion groups made enormous legal fees suing the government? Thanks.
