The ACLU and these fanatical anti-religion groups make a very good living doing it. They get enormous legal fees when the government settles or loses in court.
Well, selective and prejudicial enforcement is about the same thing as having your own laws isn't it?
It's been a long time since the con law course I took in law school; can you cite me some cases where the ACLU and fanatical anti-religion groups made enormous legal fees suing the government? Thanks.
