I suggest you trade opts on IWM. Even they're not real liquid. It's not a good solution but ER2 opts are unworkable. One thing I know, other than IB's TWS, very few platforms support Globex or CBOT electronic options. That's why there's no flow.
yeah i learned it by paying friggin MM 300 bucks to open 627.5 oct call the bid/ask spread was a whopping 400 bucks nuts but the margin is significanly less tho
