Equity Exotics Trading

I've got an interview for a position with an equity exotics trading desk, the problem is that I have no real experience with exotics, all I know are plain options. Can anyone recommend some reading material that could get me up to speed on the subject? Or give me some advice on what kind of questions they might ask?
