equities and futures?

I am looking for a platform and/or a trading group that trades equities and futures. I have been relatively succesful with equities, trade decent volume a day, but would also like the opportunity to trade some futures. I am in the NYC area. If anyone has any info I would appreciate it.

Some of our traders trade the e's, but since we all (me included) pay about 10 times what the floor traders pay in commissions, it's pretty hard to compete.

Try VTrader. They have Kawabunga which is the Merrill Pro platform. You can trade stocks, futures, and options on it.

They're based in San Francisco but you can do remote. They might even have space in NYC downtown.

I'm not sure. Give them a call. They're a good group of guys there.

I had my license when I traded there , but not sure if it was required.
