yes, without your real contact info, it is too much to ask

wonder why some algo funds have a page thats usually 1 page with an image and maybe 2 sentences explaining nothing?

wonder why the nyfix millenium site basically explains nothing, and requests your personal information to even get any info?

its not because they are assholes. its because you aren't a "potential customer". and this attitude again with the, "Is that too much to ask"....

  2. It is not too much to ask for. I can create a gmail account in 1 minute and buy a Sype number for $3. What does any of that prove?

There is a difference between putting up a website for a customer to fill out contact info and this.

Epiphany introduced themselves to the Elitetrader community with some bold statements. I have seem this numerous times on ET.

ET members are not fools. We don't like to be taken advantage of.

Once you make the claims they have they open themselves up to scrutiny. As a matter of fact, it is the right and responsibility of the community to scrutinize any and all claims.

You can't say "we have millions of dollars behind us", "we don't take deposits", "we had an attorney say our structure was sound even though we aren't registered", "we are a hedge fund", "we pass our rates along to you" etc, WITHOUT PROOF!

Isn't there a governing body you can call and file a complaint if they're lying. If so, have you filed a complaint?

I only used the word lying because you implied such in an earlier message.

My point, sure it's ok to scrutinize and ask questions. However, if you're saying they did something wrong as in being illegal...best to contact the proper folks that actually can do something about it. In contrast, if they haven't done anything illegal...it's just a business model you don't like...nothing more.

  5. Yes, there are definitely government agencies such as the SEC or FINRA that can be contacted. I don't know if they are lying about all the claims they are making....I'm just asking for proof!

The lie I was referring to was in the statement where they said "WE NO LONGER ACCEPT DEPOSITS" (their capital letters, not mine). However, they do require deposits for traders that don't have a proven track record.

If they don't give you proof...you may just rack them up as someone you don't like how they do business and leave it that until they do something illegal.

I'm sure you've been at ET long enough with other sponsors...if they refuse to give you proof...they ain't gonna give you one no matter how often you ask for such and no matter how loud you scream...regardless to how many times you debate with other ET members about such.

    It ain't gonna happen.

Therefore, just be happy their customers are on the other side of your trades if their so bad.

Earlier today, I was trying to get outside in the sun. I am a three miles on a beach walk, bottle of wine and 2 cocktails on a Sunday. Thats how I spend my free time. I was with company.... While I was away, you were persistent with PROOF. WHO ARE YOU? My partners and I agreed to be professional, even to hecklers on this site.. There are a half dozen names of which one would call you. But, I will not.

If you would like my social security number, my mothers maiden name, and my favorite pet's name, you need to come see me. I would even ask you to introduce yourself on our Tuesday night conference call. I doubt that I will hear from you.

Challenge, say "Hi, my name is __________, I am from X, Y and I trade with Z BD, I can be reached at this #"

I would bet that you are a very lonely person, with limited talent, and and a personal life that revolves around six aliases on this site (your post are all about Epiphany Trading). We are hiring traders, not conspiracy theorist. We are not starving for traders or their capital. We are in search of talent to build a solid firm.

I will not be adding to this thread. It was originally about the strategy created by my partner, Erik Kolodny, who has not had a losing month in 14 years, as a day trader. www.EpiphanyMethod.com

As far as "POTENTIAL CUSTOMER", we have ZERO customers. We are not interested.

  8. Hi Brendan,

When you respond to trolls you have already lost.

  9. Brendan,

I'm glad you agreed to be professional, however, it took you two days to break that agreement as you called me "a very lonely person, with limited talent". Why are you taking my posts so personal and insulting me with name calling? I just asked some honest questions concerning statements you made on a public forum numerous times.

Not responding to tough questions usually means that person has something to hide.

How is this: If I PM you me email address and phone number, will you agree to email me your attorneys opinion letter and the firms financial statements?
