ES range was 54 points or 216 ticks or $2700/contract.

right. NG & ES day range dollar values were quite similar.

 

for big swinging paper traders, nothing is epic

 

Pull up a RB chart. That'll put hair on your ass. (Almost 1,000 ticks from what I saw, starting at last night's open. So $4,200 per contract.)

 

ES today 91.25 pts/$50 = $4562.50

 

Oh yeah? NQ today 330 points (from midnight to now), so $6,600! Nyeh! Neener neener!
