Epic Fail Institute, or more commonly known as the George W Bush Institute, will publish its first book next year: The 4% Solution: How to Unleash the Economic Boom America Needs in the Twenty-First Century Now what the hell is the 4% solution??? Has anyone heard of a 4% solution ?? Tax rates to 4%? No doubt this book will join other absurdies such as: The Bush Boom, Where's the Birth Certificate?: The Case that Barack Obama is not Eligible to be President, Joe the Plumber: Fighting for the American Dream. I actually thought the Onion created the front page to that Institute site with this: President Bush responded to those challenges on the basis of core principles he has held throughout his years of public service, and that have guided America since her founding: â¢Freedom is universal â¢All life is precious â¢To whom much is given, much is required â¢Results matter Really?!?!
