Let's take a look at recent rulings and problems with allowing biologically-male transgender athletes to compete on women's teams. Even if they account for a small portion of the population they were winning all of the events. Allowing these individuals to compete on women's teams violates Title IX -- as has been found in multiple rulings now.

    For example in Connecticut --

Connecticut Transgender Policy Found to Violate Title IX

A Connecticut policy that allows transgender athletes to compete in girls sports violates the civil rights of female athletes, the U.S. Education Department's Office for Civil Rights has ruled.

The ruling, which was obtained Thursday by The Associated Press, comes in response to a complaint filed last year by several female track athletes, who argued that two transgender runners who were identified as male at birth had an unfair physical advantage.

The office said in a 45-page letter that it may seek to withhold federal funding over the policy, which allows transgender athletes to participate as the gender with which they identify. It said the policy is a violation of Title IX, the federal civil rights law that guarantees equal education opportunities for women, including in athletics.

It's should be noted that allowing these transgender athletes to compete on women's teams potentially takes college scholarships away from women.

Two transgender high school track and field athletes responded Wednesday to a Title IX complaint alleging that the runners prevented other female runners from top finishes and potentially from college scholarships.

The complaint filed earlier this week on behalf of three female track and field athletes in Connecticut argues that the two transgender runners, both of whom were assigned male at birth but identify as female, have “competitive advantages.” The complaint seeks to overturn the policy of the state’s high school athletics governing board, the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference, which allows athletes to compete based on the gender they identify with.

It's time that parents and female athletes spoke up about this nonsense and refuse to accept it...

Transgender athletes don't belong in girls' sports. Let my daughter compete fairly.
If boys identifying as girls left your daughter a spectator in her own sport, wouldn't you speak up?

  2. I am pretty sure that Biden is going to issue an EO requiring all men - not just dem men- to sit down when they pee.

Probably that would not require much change on the part of the lefties here.

There are two parts to this discussion from how I see it. There is the "do you agree with it"? and then there's the "do you think it can stand the test of legal challenge?"

I've seen the CT rulings, but this will be a major fight on the national level. Personally, I think this is as clear cut as stupid gets, and even liberals tend to agree it doesn't make sense. So you have to ask yourself why Biden put it forth? He has to know how "out there" it is. Obama wouldn't have done something like this.

  5. Well, we can laugh but ....then again......urinals are a white colonial thing that seems to reinforce the idea that there are biological differences between men and women.

So urinals are not their friend.

The article below outlines some of the state legislative and legal action underway regarding transgender athletes on women's teams...

    • More than a dozen states have legislative bans pending
    • Legal fights involve high-profile advocates; more expected

  7. I was reading this article several years ago that showed how screwy things have become.

It was talking about how a lot of men- athletes were the focus of discussion- had low T and wanted to supplement up to normal range levels but could not do that because any taking of T is considered to be doping. (not sure if that has changed recently or not).

On the other hand these trans types were able to take T to juice up to normal levels for men and to adjust as needed as they went along.

Man, crazy shiite. Might be different in the last couple years. Most likely has gotten worse. Fortunately I don't keep up.

So did Biden put this forward knowing it had no chance to throw some red meat to progressives?

In regards to transgender athletes competing on women's teams which has already been found to violate Title IX -- this Biden EO is little more than virtue signalling. I don't know about the ramifications outside of this particular narrow area -- employment, etc.

  10. Why indeed? This adds credibility to the argument that he is being managed and handled by others. Or this is just sniffing Joe getting his freak on.
