Warning, this AM 9/26 spoke to Ensign due to problem with charts updating. Receiving quotes via IB data, but no charts. I was indicated that I evidently haven't updated the software, since the latest wasn't Sep 19th, but yesterdays on 9/25. I though it was ridiculous to update 3 times since early August. That's when the technician indicated to me that there were actually 12 updates since early August. (whatever happened to updates available announcements when you start the program) Per the tech, it is my responsibility to check everyday for updates, once I mentioned the update problems were well documented in elite trader, than he was upset , it used to always be IB's fault, now it is my fault not keeping up with Ensign.
