    Noise is of course "External" while with practice one can "Go inside" and find the Silence. One method is through Meditation, whereby you can achieve a state of removing the outward sounds and Noise of living by eliminating thoughts and instead gain the Inner quite which is always present but we are unable to enjoy as a result of out constant mind ramblings. Yes, it takes some practice but anyone can achieve the Silence. Once there -- inside -- then the senses that we use to hear external sounds and sights diminish. Try sitting comfortably with eyes closed and pay no attention to all the thoughts that will flood the mind and gradually you will find the inner quite and experience inner sounds and light. No need to practice any breath control or anything else. Just Still the body with eyes closed for even a few minutes and you will be able to get a glimpse of the Inner Experience. This is is what the Monks showed practicing a way of life in the Youtube video posted above by DealMaker. It is difficult for our rogue mind (Some Call it the "Monkey Mind") to be stilled sufficiently to hear the inner sounds which are always present but blurred out by our egos and senses. BTW, quantum physics supports the science of how, although we believe everything is solid (as in a table) under a powerful electron microscope we are able to detect the truth that everything is in motion (particles and electrons make up the object that appears to be solid like a rock or table. As you know sound is Vibration. Check this link out:



    It is the sounds of the universe that demonstrates the fact that everything is in motion. Without vibrations (which in religious beliefs is sometimes called the Spirit, or the Holy Ghost of the Trinity or in other religions the "Word") then the Universe would not exist and be sustained. The markets are also in motion. Cyclical and vibratory. Detect that and your trading will improve.

    This may post may be characterized by some as ridiculous -- However, if you are a Quantum Physicist or Rocket Scientist you will embrace it and not scoff.

    Careful in searching for Meditation Instruction on Google -- as in most things, there is plenty of false Gurus and Peddlers.

  5. I tried and practised many things in the past, and can tell you this, meditation is for the spirit improvement, but most who do that trying to improve everyday lives.;)

    No argument here. We do not live in caves in the mountains. So we are bombarded Constantly by our senses and part of that is a cacophony of raucous annoying sounds. When just sitting quietly and as motionless as possible for even 10 minutes you will gradually conquer the Outer noise and soon experience a remarkable inner peace and experience the inner music which is already there but you are not able to hear it with your ears or see with the eyes. Key: don't make it complicated. Enjoy the quiet darkness with your eyes closed. Don't worry about your breathing or other directions you may find by the sellers of meditation courses. Your goal is to eliminate the mind and the fidgeting body. You will realize that as soon as you relax and close your eyes -- you are inside (which some may call the "eye center." Keep practicing with longer and longer times of this meditation. It is worth it. It will not only improve your Life and Health but will make your trading more profitable. It only takes the Will to Do It. Try it every day for just a few minutes and you will soon be rewarded. Peace.
