    Hello.

At this point CBSX does not require a Series 7 to trade, however every trader must be registered (by filling out and submitting a U4 form).

The Bear Trading broker dealer has been established in 2010, however the principals have been running the Bear Capital Fund (BCF) since 2004.

Please feel free to search this site for feedback about us, and do not hesitate to contact us directly.

The payouts vary on case by case basis, but typically are above 90%

Thank you and have a great weekend.

  6. You did not answer the question of minimum capital someone asked. Why do you pick and choose the questions you answer?

Do you open accounts under business entity (LLCs/trusts/etc)?

Do you keep account segregated? If not what is the probability that the company goes bankrupt, and what is the statistical likely time.

  7. What would you answer is someone stated something like :"If the principals were good they would not turn to second-tier brokerage-like commission-based businesses".

We apologize for forgetting to mention that we do not have any minimum capital requirements.

Regarding financial and structural questions please feel free to contact us directly and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

    (Notes:
Proprietary Trading Broker Dealers cannot keep capital segregated - that is for retail. Being prop and segregated defeats the purpose of being prop.

financial stability is something that we take very seriously, however we cannot provide any statistics or forward looking statements. This is something for you to decide, and each person's decision will be based on their own risk metrics and models. We will be happy to assist in answering such questions - please contact us directly)

We would not answer as this is a highly opinionated, non-factual and biased statement, based on unverifiable, vague and potentially incorrect assumptions. Moreover, this statement has absolutely nothing to do with our End of Summer campaign, as the thread title suggests.

Is this 100% payout deal? Do you offer 30:1 leverage?
