End of payroll tax holiday equal to $1 increase in gal. of gas

  1. Was prob. the easiest way I've heard, to equate the end of the
    payroll tax holiday.

    Following the logic forward, a $20, $30, $40 weekly decrease in take home pay will not "destroy the fabic of Life" for people, but there will obviously have to be changes made.

    With that said, the marginal discretionary things should see a hit.

    1. Dinning out

    2. Entertainment (Movies)

    3. Smoking/drinking

    4. Clothes

    5. Driving (gas)

    6. Sports/hobbies

    Ton more, but just a couple ideas for some potential shorts.
