When do they start trading?

 

Never. If the SEC has its way. Wall Street doesn't like them. No need to loan out stock for short sells, a lucrative source of money and kickbacks for brokerages. SEC Chairman Pitt was a leading securities lawyer and is firmly in their back pocket.
