According to the ForexFactory website it is, though many other countries have bank holidays. A big news event with a lot of big traders taking the day off...interesting.
yes markets closed friday with one of the biggest job numbers due out, going to be an interesting Monday to say the least.
If I have de-ciphered the holiday schedule correctly, the CME will be open for a "short-short" session for bonds & currencies and the eMini S&P might be trading until 45 minutes after "The Report". There's plenty of time between now and then to confirm. :eek: :eek:
