    Emini,

I too am confused by your stop, can't tell from first page if it's .07, or 7%. Also, some of your early posts where you show entry and exist prices on losing trades don't seem to add up. A .07 stop doesn't make sense when you have stock prices ranging from single digit to 3 digits.

  3. Please not emini but Emintrader..

    First page :

    "7. WHEN to EXIT:
    Your target price is : “L5 * 2”. Example : stocks opens at 100 with L5 at 10 so your target price for gain is “100 * (1 + ((L5 * 2) / 100)) = 120.00”.
    Your stop-loss price is at opens less 0.07. Here your stop-loss will be of “100 – 0.07” = 99.93.
Otherwise, sell your position at market’s close.
    "

    Other example :
    stock opens at 20.00 stop-loss at 19.93 = (20 - 0.07)
    stcok opens at 45.68 stop-loss at 45.61 = (45.68 -0.07)

After you are FREE to adopt any stop-loss strategy.

When i calculate my L5% sometimes there are 4 digits, sometimes 3 digits, sometimes 2 digits.

EminTrader, I have a few questions:

    1. What is your average slippage on the buy? For example, suppose a stock opens at $10.00, and you have a 2.00% L5. Your buy stop would be $10.20. Looking across all of your buys, what is the average difference (slippage) for your actual fills from the calculated buy stop price? Is it $0.01? e.g., $10.21 average fill for the sample buy?

    2. What is your average slippage for target exit fills?

    3. What is your average slippage for stop loss fills?

    4. Do you use Market on Close orders to get out at the close?

    Thanks for the great system!

  6. Thanks stevensrk:)

"1. What is your average slippage on the buy? " In general, little slippage around 0.01$ in average for my differents orders.

    The secret :
    1. Good broker
    2. High average volume
    3. Few shares to buy

"4. Do you use Market on Close orders to get out at the close?" YES
