The behavior of the emerging markets indicate that a major downleg on the SPX is near. The emerging markets have been declining. The chart below shows a lower high on EEM. The chart below has a time frame of 3/11 - 7/11/2010. It clearly shows EEM dropping first and rising first. Deadbroke can now go short!
'clearly' or not, that's debatable.... but when there is divergence like this, it's always a warning sign.
