I know you can trade the KOSPI via IB but is there anyone out there trading the RTX (Russia www.rts.ru), Bovespa (Brazil), the TOP40 (South Africa) or the NIFTY (India) from foreign (to those countries) "retail" accounts? If so please let me know how, who etc, Thx, Q1
