Trump strategy was bad imo. Of course he went to attack mode because it worked for him so far, in the primaries and in the election 4 years ago so naturally you go back to it. You are president now, all you needed to do is highlight all the positives (and you can spin anything as positive) and just calmly rebut Joe's predictable talking points. And smile. The problem is he doesn't trust that method, it's too passive in his mind but he forgets he's president, he doesn't need to be defensive, he already won the super bowl trophy so to speak.
I think Trimp should of talked to the camera and been more civil. He should not of mentiond Hunter Bidens drug problem or getting kicked out of the military. Trump did win.
He was his own worst enemy. You already know the topics, so just have your list ready in bullet points and start firing away in your two minutes. 1. lowest unemployment in history 2. criminal just reform 3. manufacturing back 4. 401ks record highs 5. pandemic recovery amazing 6. energy independence 7. ....and on and on. you could have 50 things queued up and ready and totally ignore joe and you win. positive positive positive easy.
That's what pissed me off most. Just let Joe make some word salads. The replays alone will win you the election. But he can't keep his mouth shut.
Not really. Voters/sheeple are smart enough to "evaluate and want"... they just "vote for this guy because we (party elites) said so"... and they did/do.
We are being denied the chance to provide narcissistic supply to Snarky AGAIN? Memories of that year when the same Bryan Adams song was never off the radio... Anyway.
