That may all be true. .but I get the sense he has no time for fools and political narratives which lead to poor outcomes. Look at how fast he told Oakland"s politicians to screw themselves. The more we see him think and execute impressive his thought processes are.
Branson and Bezos went, how is Elon different? Virgin and Amazon shareholders don't care? The more I look at Musk, the more of a bullshitter he appears to be - everything is a stunt and he pretends to know about everything while knowing very little about much of the technology.
Bezos retired first and Branson has a fair amount of private ownership, mixed but his is largely his own man.
How non existent is your buddy joe's dick that he purposely leaves out the top American EV seller to promote ev.
Elon Musk is a showman. He loves to be in the news with random drama and feuds with people. And play a symphony conductor with the Bitcoin and Dogecoin Crypto market price. Elon Musk basically got lucky, very rich, once with PayPal. Now, he manages and oversee's random companies, ideas and a ton of employees.
This is about Elon.... you all really give a s hit he is wasting hundreds of millions of dollars for rich tourists to joyride in space for a few hours... Also the event seemed like a meeting to get the fossil fuel car makers to make more EVs....not to promote a brand of EVs..
just pointing out the current administration dislike of elon is real and so yes he will get the occasional dig in.
rich tourists are just a step to space mining and domination. these guys are competing to gain a competitive first strike advantage with all things space... and all tech having to do with it. and if they can keep it private they will not have to share with govts particularly when the the create launch platforms independent of nations. Bezos sees the first big strike advantage he gained on the internet. Musk see it with batteries and self driving cars. This is nothing less than Rockefeller with oil and Rothchilds with central banking. The the one or ones who come out on top may shape the future of man for generations. This is not vanity (at least not necessarily) ... its massive future capitalism. It is as important as water, aging reduction and elimination and fusion energy.
I watched the launch and splashdown live on the SpaceX channel. Very exciting and a major milestone achieved. We need more of it, much more.
The mission was financed by billionaire tech entrepreneur Jared Isaacman, who bought the flight with SpaceX and served as its commander, to raise awareness and support for St. Jude. As of splashdown, the mission had raised about $160 million for the hospital.
