    Assuming it's all because of his EV business. His sale of batteries is outpacing his EV business, according to @themickey.

    And don't forget he also sells carbon credit which accounts for the biggest bulk of his EV company's revenue. But you are right, apparently his stock value shot up tremendously after he decided to open his factory in China. A lot of investors including you jumped on the wagon and bought more shares.
