    Meanwhile you insult my intelligence and anyone else following what is going by ignoring the hate Musk spews as well as the hate speech he now allows again to be spewed on X.

    Apologies after the fact to "Pedi-Boy", Jews, etc. etc. and threatening lawsuit against a Irish group researching increase of X Hate Speech but, but, but if you say something about him on X ................ eff free speech. Deleted and banned.

    At least OrangeJesusMan got himself elected before trying to establish a dictatorship. :D

    nah, sour grape.

    look at the chart, pre-split price in 2013 range is 100-150, i was writing 50+ weekly/monthly cash puts around 80-90, wasn't interested in the underlying. 2019 q4 before the shanghai factory open and i bought stock at 540 pre-split and sold covered calls at 600, wasn't expect the moonshot but to hold few weeks for its earning, a mistake to cap the upside. rolled the covered trades and also exit 10% at 860. my overall cost basis is $35 a share, 5x is not a bad thing.

    anyway, the point is tsla is monopoly in us market, just have to wait for the marco trend. i also trade ford, what a disappointment, out at break even.

    I said nothing about what you accomplished in 2023 prior to Dec 28th. I just stated plainly since then it has dropped bigtime and likely has much more to go.

    As for a monopoly, it is shrinking just like their margins.

    Yes of course all of these Chinese workers just worked blindfolded in Musk's factory, yes. I guess it's not any coincidence that China's EV technology only catapulted to its current value after Musk opened the factory in China. Yeah ok. Good that you made some $$ on TSLA but I don't buy the zero technology transfer crap.

    no, tesla uses nmc battery tech from panasonic for its first car, while chinese ev exclusively use lfp. the basic battery tech exists long before ev. I also trade li and nio but no byd.

    the question should be why duracell, which is owned by buffet, never even try to get into the ev battery business. that’s right, it is not a good cash cow business without spending lot of r&d. there is no ev battery company in the us.

    remember the days when the mechanic added distill water to car battery?

    By the way, 1st amendment was created for offensive speech ,not the fun stuff .
    Harry Solomon Truman NEVER had that problem ,nor did ex dem Gov R Reagan LOL.:D:D
    The good news is we found out in time, how weak EVs are in winter, in CA, in overcrowded charging stations LOL.........
    EVs maybe good in crowded cities as second car;
    assume can get them charged , which may or may not be true.:caution: Good question.
