i am aware of and understand the policy of this site not to allow members to pitch firms. in 2000 i never considered leaving my firm, even though the management sucked and the system caused many people to loose large amounts of money. the market was so easy that the money you made out weighed the need for cheaper tickets and so on. however, the difficulty of this market has really caused cost structures and overall "deals" to be one of the top priorities for traders. i would think that there is a need for a forum to know exactly what everyone is paying and where. just like the elite trader "rate your broker section". please, no idiotic responses like"why don't you make some phone calls?". i already have, i mention this for the benefit of others.
