elitetrader down on weekends

    I am experiencing the following issue:
    starting from Sat morning to Sunday night I rarely can access to www.elitetrader.com.
    Sometimes pages come very slowly, say 2 min to open a page, (as software-forum).

    However from monday to Friday, I can access very fastly: 2-3 secs per page.

    I am accessing the Internet via a 2MB LAN internet ful time (DSL) but I not located in USA.

    Any suggestions? Is there a regular web-site maintenance which occur any week-end?

    Or maybe the problem is on my side?

    It must be your connection. It worked fine for me all weekend. Always has.

    I haven't received any other complaints on this, so you may want to check things on your end. There could be an ISP along your route to our servers that may be turning down their bandwidth on the weekends in an effort to save money. I don't know, it's just a guess.

    I've yet to have a problem accessing this site. However, I've noticed a marked degradation in performance during the wee hours (like now). Therefore, I usually assume any anomalies are on my end.
