Thanks msfe...actually saw that earlier today after doing a yhoo search...does not really concern me. Most firms have a few bad apples that create marks.

 

not only do these guys steal trademarks, i see they are involved in other nefarious activities.

i would stay away...

Yup..cant find anything on the web about this shop other than the NFA violation crap...and nobody has ever heard of them....think i`ll tell my bro to stay away.

I saw an ad for them two weeks ago and when I called their number, they answered....... 'Assent Trading'.
Anyone else try this?
