  4. I gotta catch a flight. I am OUT all at an average of TQQQ 82-83 and ES/SPX 3030+

I have no opinion now that I am in cash. My best 10 days of trading, lifetime.

Still managed to lose 1k$ because I went short around the 3025$ region. :( & had a stupid meeting to attend. Was down 3800$ premarket so I guess there's always a plus side

  7. Not directed at you as work got in the way, but I'll just say that it was nearly impossible to miss the signs that today was going to be a monster. Any equities-trader who lost money today needs to re-examine their process/system and possibly stop trading altogether.

    No harm in passive investing.

I'm no trader, and have a way better track record as a passive investor. The "rally" just seemed to have fizzled out around 3 & I made the mistake of buying too high at the premarket open.

    It basically went like this:
+$500 premarket, then gave it all & then some at the pullback. I kept looking for the 3070 you suggested but was hesitant we had seen the top at that premarket.

After that, it became a game of recouping those losses using leveraged tqqq&sqqq. I bought sqqq right before that last rally & thankfully put a stop on it or I'd have been back in the hole. I'm fairly certain I would have ended flat had it not been for that meeting.

So, to make it short, few people on here predicted going long & positioned themselves to short every rip. So let me ask, what signals made it obvious to get such an accurate price Target?

I basically loaded up on tech & TQQQ at the cross hair & got my ass handed to me in/that morning pullback....I kept getting BTFD trying to make it all back. I think by the time I was near x I was -800$ My meeting was from x forward. the short ate up the rest.

In my limited experience, the next day following such a rally, it continues in the low digits. I'd have been up at least 3 grand had I held on to that tech.

I hear you on the Biden nomination, but it's not a sure thing yet....even so, is this economy in good enough shape to this not be the top? That's my follow up, is this really the top?
