What i meant was, When they have a state at 59% by 40% on the news does that incude early votes?

Those are actual votes as they come in county by county. States don't release the votes at all once. They come in county by county.

 

i def think Romney CAN win. This is fucking close dude, that doesn't mean it won't be called tonight but i don't see any rational reason to even attempt to call it. coin-flip.

k,thx for the explanation, i was wondering why some of these close states start out like 63-38 then come down to 50-50, i was just wondering wtf was going on with some of these close states.

 

The best thing Romney can hope for is to win the popular vote. It gives the republicans a little bit of leverage.
