    Does this distinction matter?

  2. Only as it relates to integrity. Nothing to see here, move along.

The great German sociologist Franz Oppenheimer pointed out that there are two mutually exclusive ways of acquiring wealth; one, the above way of production and exchange, he called the “economic means.” The other way is simpler in that it does not require productivity; it is the way of seizure of another’s goods or services by the use of force and violence. This is the method of one-sided confiscation, of theft of the property of others. This is the method which Oppenheimer termed “the political means” to wealth. (1)

  4. How does the at relate to Trump, who is a financial fraud? He was on the verge of bankruptcy for the umpteenth time when Mark Burnett saved him by giving him an unreality show. The man who fucked up so many times that his old man had to bail him out countless times. (And, yeah, he ridiculed his father when he had Alzheimer’s. The man who left him $400 million.). The man who doesn’t pay his creditors. The man who doesn’t give a shit about other stakeholders in his various businesses. And speaking of steaks, the man who couldn’t sell them to carnivores.

Sorry, what was that again about economic means and productivity? What can this man offer other than abject failure at everything he does and touches? He doesn’t know the Constitution but claims he does. He says the bible is his favourite book but he never read it. (Couldn’t cite a single passage when asked.) Who doesn’t know the law or finance and cannot even focus for a single minute according to insiders who worked for him, including his ghost writer. Seriously, what possible relevance is your Oppenheimer reference in the context of Trump?

As I see it, it does not relate to any one person... it relates to politicians, esp. career politicians, and... to integrity.

  6. Well then Trump is ahead of the game since he had none even before he entered politics.

  8. Long lines. Not something you need to worry about at Sleepy Joe rallies.

Trump’s Michigan rally line stretched over 1.5 miles, but didn’t discou
    rage his faithful

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Chad Woodrow of Indiana stood near the end of the entry line for Donald Trump’s Grand Rapids rally – about 1.5 miles from his Van Andel Arena destination.

Woodrow, of Crawfordsville north of Indianapolis, drove more than four hours to get to Grand Rapids. Given the crowd size, he didn’t think he would get into the arena.

It was still worth the trip, he said.

“With everybody here, it’s good to have a common goal,” he said. “We’ve all got something. It don’t matter what race or color or creed, all that stuff. We’re all in the same thing. We all know America needs to get better. And that’s worth the drive even if we don’t get in.”
Nearby, Wayne and Anne Compton of Lansing said they had no idea the crowd would be so large in Grand Rapids. They also weren’t sure they would get inside the arena.

“I think it’s a super exciting time right now,” Wayne Compton said. “I think this is a movement you only see once in a lifetime, kind of what it felt like in the (Ronald) Reagan years.”

Van Andel Arena’s capacity is more than 12,000 people, but even two hours after the doors opened, the line to get in stretched more than 16 blocks.

Trump and his dog metaphors lol.

But this one was a hoot:

'She's turned on him like a dog. She's as crazy as a bed bug.'

    A bed bug?! :D

Some are pushing Kamala Harris to replace Joe Biden and there is even talk of Michelle Obama/Barack Obama (VP) combo to replace Joe Biden. Democrats really want Joe Biden out. Will Jill Biden allow them to kick out Joe Biden? That is the $64 million question. There is a huge number of Democrats who hate Kamala Harris and cannot stand her. Let us see how that plays out. Think of it as the Never Harris (a copy of the Never Trumpers). We got about a month to go before the Democrat Convention. Let us see who they put up there.
