That makes sense. He wants to win first and foremost. That's why I'm not so sure Nikki is out yet. And if she is... I bet she wasn't until after that debate. He might figure he doesn't need her now. She's good for 20MM votes easy. A lot of women like her. For good reason.

In fact things have even gotten a little worse this week when Nikki released her votes to Trump but then when Trump was asked why Nikki has not been invited to or at least invited to speak at the Convention (as Desantis will) he said "I will think about it but she held on too long." As I have said before, the other candidates are maga so the way you are supposed to play the game is to give it your best shot and then return to the maga family as soon as you know that it is not going to work. Nikki was working dem votes and independents and trying to develop a faction that was not real maga. Trump did not like it. As overdiscussed, loyalty is numero uno for him. always, always, always. He might change his mind if he finds her useful at the convention. And then kick her to the curb. A good part of him does not want her there though- sucking up a portion of the spotlight he has reserved for his loyalists. The only way she could have redeemed herself is if she went and sat in on some of his court cases as a show of support but she thinks she is above that.
Well, call a spade a spade... pretty sure you're 100% spot-on. But in theory at least... she'd still give him a ton of votes, swinging those soccer moms and indy's that aren't quite as as maga as others. What's their other choice? Zombie Joe?
There are other complications too. Nikki has gone semi-lib on the abortion issue. She favors a fed law enacting 15 weeks or longer or something. Whereas Camp Trump has dug in a position of keeping the feds out of it and letting each state decide. The suburban women would love Nikki's position but her position is not the campaign position. Ditto on Ukraine. Nikki is with the dems and republicans who want to contain Putin at all costs. Whereas Trump hates Zelinsky and is prone to praising and accommodating Putin. So if she did ever join the Trump campaign effort she would have to figure out how she was going to reconcile some differences. She hates China and Iran but all of Trump's vp short listers do too so her alleged toughness in that area doesn't bring anything.
Tree do you think Kamala is gonna be the nominee? I saw a clip of Joe at the NATO summit, and I mean it was pathetic. Not what he said, just the physical aspect. He literally looked like a 100yo person on happy pills would look walking around the old folks home. If Kamala gets the nod, you can expect the most nasty campaign of our lifetime. There will be no limit on how far she'll sink in attacking Trump. Strong consideration should be given to getting out of stocks imo. Buy the dip later.
Hunter should look into getting a job at Arby's- if they don't require a drug test or criminal background check. I am guessing his usual means of income- getting people to pay him for access to the Big Guy- has come to screeching halt. Don't get me wrong. I like the jalapeno poppers at Arbys.
