GOP electoral edge have won them 2 of the last 6 elections but now its supposedly gone:rolleyes:

Just because other democrats are winning on the local level doesn't mean Biden will have the same fate dumb ass.Biden is probably the most hated democrat in history and abortion activist are focusing on the local level because they know Biden wont do shit about it.

There are some democrats myself and other progressives would vote for, doesn't mean we will vote for Biden.Democrat candidates won many races in 1998,2000, 2014 and 2016,Hillary and Gore didn't though.

  5. It's always fun watching the dems trying to position themselves when the official script/response has not yet arrived from the DNC to tell them what they think.

They are lost right now on the court ruling. CNN tries to bring Jamie Raskin on to explain why the ruling is wrong. And their usual rap is that "the maga members of the trump appointed court are the reason." Except that does not work here does it?

Now they have some legal clown on LITERALLY saying that this is "actually a 5-4 decision" because the justices followed different reasonings. womp..womp.

And I have even heard some lefties try to beat their chests and go the other direction and argue that this is good for the dems because it shows that they are not all loons. Heh. Gotta love it.

Yeh, they are lost in space today. Official narrative will arrive later in the day and they will all be on the same page.

    Thoughts and prayers.

    A 9-0 ruling?!

Again I'm no lawyer, but those Justices on the Colorado Supreme Court that voted for it, a 9-0 slap in the face is pretty humiliating. They need to institute an annual "continuing credit" requirement in Constitutional studies because these jokers just got belittled in a big way. I mean I could see a 5-4 or even a 6-3... but a 9-0(?)...ouch! :D

  7. The lefties in the lefty media had hoped to frame it as the usual maga trump appointees versus the dem appointees kind of issue.

But it was never that way. The Colorado State Supreme Court decision was 4-3 and the three dissenters were democrats as well. So there have been signs that some dems were holding their noses on this scam- not just the pubs.

The fact that some of the dems were upchucking during oral arguments at the Supreme Court was the next sign.

The memo has gone out to the dems to just move past it now and start focusing on Trump's immunity case where- most likely- he will lose the absolute immunity argument but retain immunity on presidential matters. The memo tells them to all treat that as a big victory. Except Trump will be the winner there too. His goal is just to get the case moved out and keep increasing the likelihood of it not being tried before the election. Although he is fully prepared to go the other direction too and go full martyr if they try him right before the election. Be careful dems. You are not all that smart.

  9. Trump is only at 84 in Arkansas because when Asa Hutchinson dropped out his 2 votes went to Trump.

    I could be wrong.

Not to forget that Trump's girl Sarah Huckabee is governor there now and if anyone there does not know who they are supporting, she will just tell them what the right answer is. Problem solved.

What is "absolute immunity"? Is that on trial too? I'm not following you on this one.
