  2. These clowns play financial games too that cause them to say goofy things.

You will note that they say that they are "suspending" their campaigns rather than "ending" them. That is code talk for "I am not returning campaign donations and will continue to spend on them as an annuity for myself by pretending that I am actually still working on a plan to run somewhere sometime." The Federal Election Finance Commission, or whatever it called, requires them to at least put up a pretense of still being in the game. Some deal with it by jiggering money into and out of PACS and getting a paycheck back from the PAC. It's a wicked game. But Tubby is still using campaign funds. That's one of the man reasons why he dropped out too. He did not want to spend money on SC and places like that, when that money could be sitting in his slush fund for him to use as he goes bumbles along this year.

There is nothing inaccurate in that ap story. The inaccuracy is here, where you state:

“ He said he was not doiing it because he could not get a conviction due to the mental state of the defendant. That was his reasoning,”

That was indeed part of the report but superfluous to the reasoning to decline recommending charging. His reasons for not recommending charging ranged from type of classification to security of the documents to Biden being fully cooperative and forthcoming. The statement youre erroneously relying on comes up in the discussion section.

This is not me denying that it is a detrimental political issue or that the public does not digest it the way you frame it. I just happen to be a stickler for accuracy.

  4. Bullshit/all. Set bullshit/all = OFF.

You are trying to be anal to make the clear message of the prosecutor go away.

Not going to work. There is not single legal or media pundit or reader down on Main Street who does not read the report to mean that the central message of the report is that Biden committed all of the elements of a crime but the prosecutor chose not to prosecute him because he is too fragile to be prosecuted.

Keep chugging away though. As I say as nauseum, you are the medical professor who is always right about everything except all your patients die. Other than that, it is all good. And right now all your lefty buddies -whether legal pundits or media pundits or campaign pundits- are very clear about what the report said and what the prosecutors statement/s were and that the sum total is that it blew a couple legs off of Biden.

No potato for you on this one Comrade. You are disgracing yourself. I am not going to help you to hide your bottles on this issue. Your duty to the country now and your party's duty is to sober the fuck up and start dealing with it. The Republic is in danger.

  5. Dems are some messed up. They do not know whether to sh@t or go blind. Looks like going blind is winning out.

Their attempted response to this current disaster is to keep saying and agreeing that Biden just needs to get out there more and make more and more appearances. And his beltway circle keeps arguing that in private he is sharp as a tack and is actually an action figure. Problem is, at the same time they are displaying clear signs of panic over putting him out into more public settings. What's wrong with that picture class?

Let's go right to Exhibit A, shall we?

Biden was offered a chance to appear for a halftime Super Bowl interview- with CBS a lefty network- where he would immediately have an explosively large audience. Nope. They declined. Too risky. Yeh, they are messed up and have no idea which plan to follow. Are getting Joe out there more, or into the basement more?

Meanwhile, Trump stepped up and told CBS that if Biden did not want to do it that he would be willing to do it. CBS said no. Funny dat. Asswipes incarnate.

So Ronna McDaniel was not aggressive enough in having the Republican party declare Donald Trump to be the presumptive nominee and effectively cancel all the remaining GOP presidential primaries. Getting the boot is her reward after years of sucking up to the orange fuehrer.

McDaniel, Out as RNC Chair, Learns That Loyalty to Trump is Never Returned
The Romney relative discovers that doing everything Trump asks doesn’t equal job safety. When will Elise Stefanik and others get the message?
