Uh oh, Genocide Joe. Independent council found Biden to be a basket case when interacting with him. That helps Joe to avoid prosecution because they allegedly have established that he was too far gone to be volitional and intentional. Not sure it is going to get him many votes in Peoria. Houston, refer to the aforementioned problem. We are going down.
Tree... Hypothetically, what would happen if Colorado wins? Would other states join in? Would Trump drop out?
Well, they are not going to win. Not even come close. But, your question is answered by what John Roberts and others said at court. He said if Colorado prevailed all the blue states would just decide that Trump was off the ballot, and the red ones that Biden was off. In other words, they are not going to allow it to happen. It would just be like placing the election process into a giant ShakeN'Bake bag. Anything can happen once you allow total collapse to happen. Don't do that. All the lefties over on CNN/MSNBC are doing what they usually do which is portray the Colorado case as a process wthere "the right" colludes to outvote/outgun the left on the court. Just as a reminder though, at the Colorado State Supreme Court, it was a 4-3 decision and the three dissenters were all democrats.
Hmmm. I did say "hypothetically".... so ok, the blue states kick him off the ballot... but on what basis could the red states kick Joe off?
Well, we have a full blown insurrection going at the border for one thing. You can argue that it isn't but, to Robert's point, if they argree that the states are the deciders there are some that will or could agree on lots of things. And Kamala participated in insurrection, so we can't have her. She egged on months of deadly riots and personally contributed to and call for others to contribute to the bail and defense of riotious insurrectionists around the country. We certainly don't want her on the ballot. And it could get worse if Colorada case held up, because the next move would be to see what the implications are for the Maine Secretary of State case, whether that held up...and so on down the line. The Maine case is a matter of just on isolated, no due process, or answerable to anyone else public official deciding what an insurrection is and if someone should be on a ballot. If that were ever held up you would find an unlimited "just one public official with an opinion" in lots of red states.
Your Rummy moment might have just come in the form of Joe's secret documents summation. Or one of your Rummy moments. One has to ask Tree... seriously... who's on deck? I said a long time ago it was Michelle. Has your opinion on this changed any?
