Interesting dis. Actually, it is Haley who is forcing Trump's hand here. I noticed that she had started arguing the position that with her vote being only 4 points apart from Trump's in NH, some poll, that Trump can no longer argue that he is so far ahead that there is no need to even hold a debate. I read that and thought, "uh oh" that actually makes sense. Trump gonna need to position himself on this somehow. Looks like he is doing that but making it look like it was his idea. /whatevah. If Trump ends out debating Haley and just Haley, y'all will need to have some compassion for Christie. As we know he believes that God or his mamma put him on this earth to debate Donald Trump and be the man to go face to face with him. Turns out that Haley may be more of "a man" than Christie then. Yeh. Sign me up for watching that debate- not so much for watching Trump or Haley but for watching Christie being sidelined and reduced to the fat slob piece of shit that he is. Trump will dick around with the rules though. And say "yeh she did well in NH but the polls are not looking as good for her in SC, etc. etc." You can keep qualifying the conditions and roll it out quite a bit. The reality is though that they are only a few points apart in NH and NH is coming right up so why wouldn't you have such a debate before then? Trump needs to be careful... the NH voters could punish him for a no show- they expect to be catered to. Christie already probably starting to chatter his fat arse off about how they need to hold the debate and everyone should be included. I am fine with that too. That's for Trump to work out. Haley would not like it because fatso would get loud and noisy and take up all the time and energy and in the end no one will want him. As usual. Good. At a minimum, Hunter and the entire crime family should be damaged, at least politically, and as much as is possible criminally. Looks like progress with Hunter. Joe is a work in progress. Let the lefties here and the media chant their script with DNC-required "not a shred of evidence" mantra. The voters/public no longer buy it outside the kool-aiders. You don't have to lock Joe up or impeach him to damage him by exposing the truth. Going into the campaign the dems had a plan to frame Trump as an immoral lawbreaker with a scumbag family. Except now the pubs have Biden and the scuzzy members of his family gasping for air to fend off the fact that that is how they are being successfully framed. Not only is it a threat to them, it removes the high ground for them in going after Trump. Need to double and triple down on it. MORE TO COME. Nikki Haley surges in poll to within four points of Republican leader Trump Former South Carolina governor still trails the ex-president, but has made strides in polling ahead of the New Hampshire primary.... Interesting....if Haley can stay close and Vivek and Ronnie suffer..Nikki can close the gap. Rooting for Nikki simply to unlock trumps lock on gop...
As always with either polls or election results which don't go his way, Trump claims the results are a scam or fake. Then proceeds to call his opponents names. Trump fumes about ‘scam’ New Hampshire poll showing Haley closing gap Mr Trump’s dwindling lead in the state comes amid numerous anti-Trump efforts from megadonors, who have shifted to supporting Ms Haley https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...-poll-new-hampshire-nikki-haley-b2468872.html Donald Trump has slammed a recent 2024 primary poll as a “scam” after it showed that Nikki Haley is now trailing him by a mere four points in New Hampshire. The 21 December poll conducted by the American Research Group indicated that 33 per cent of likely New Hampshire GOP primary voters support the former president while 29 per cent support Ms Haley. “Fake New Hampshire poll was released on Birdbrain,” Mr Trump said on Truth Social, referring to his former UN ambassador by his less-than-endearing nickname for her. “Just another scam! Ratings challenged FoxNews will play it to the hilt. Sununu now one of the least popular governors in the U.S. Real poll to follow,” he continued. The news comes after Ms Haley has recently received notable endorsements from New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu and the Koch brothers-backed Americans for Prosperity Action. LinkedIn cofounder Reid Hoffman, a Democrat, has also donated a quarter of a million dollars to a pro-Haley super PAC. Mr Hoffman’s donation followed JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon’s plea to Democratic donors to back Ms Haley’s campaign. National polling has long shown Mr Trump has a substantial lead over his Republican rivals but there has been a recent growing shift among megadonors to support Ms Haley instead. The former South Carolina governor has been on an upward swing in recent months. Her poll numbers have consistently risen in response to stellar debate performances. Yet, despite her rising star, she has been reluctant to criticise the prominent frontrunner — a strategy that the former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie has repeatedly implemented. That tactic seems to have paid off somewhat for Mr Christie. According to the new poll, Mr Christie also earned 13 per cent support from likely Republican voters in New Hampshire. The 21 December poll also showed a widened gap between Ms Haley and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, who have been neck-and-neck in other polls for months. This survey showed Mr DeSantis garnering just 6 per cent support.
