  1. Desantis and Abbot should ramp up the sending of more migrants to swing states.

    Not just dem states.

There are enough to go around and the sending to dem states/cities has worked out great.

  2. I see that the Colorado Supreme Court is out working hard for Trump today.

Apparently they don't think he has enough already and they are going to fix that.

    Idiots.

From the VZ legal aid dept:

Can state courts rule on federal issues?
State courts must sometimes decide issues of federal law, but they are not bound by federal courts except the U.S. Supreme Court. A decision of the U.S. Supreme Court, a federal court, is binding on state courts when it decides an issue of federal law, such as Constitutional interpretation.

No way SCOTUS lets that stand... or every blue State out there will follow suit.

  6. The whole thing is ridiculous.

If, theoretically, the state had based its case on the previous finding of a federal court (or arguably Congress via impeachment) they would arguably have a credible case or at least one that is not ridiculous on its face.

Trump has never been charged with insurrection let alone convicted in any federal case. The Supreme Court is going to want to know "who and by what means and what tribunal and jurisdiction has it been determined that the defendant was an insurrectionist?" Not just some political zambonis jawboning in Colorado. Maybe I think Biden is promoting insurrection by promoting and enabling a Genghis Kahn level storming of the country at the border.

And theoretically somewhere, sometime in the future there might be a basis for arguing that a defendant committed insurrection if it were so determined in an impeachment proceeding. Not the strongest case but at least there is something to work with there. But does this apply to Trump. Absolutely frigging not. First, he was never charged with insurrection during his last impeachment. Second, even if her were, he was acquitted. So that is non-starter.

The Colorada case is a good thing - not a bad thing. 24 lefty states have similar cases going and this one will be expedited and the whole thing put to rest for the Colorado case- and the others by extension- very, very soon. Good. Trump will take the extra votes it generates. And it will come right when the dems are at peak panic (they are a couple weeks away) so it will be LOTS of fun watching them sweat. As I said many times to them "have your little fun watching the pubs disgrace themselves with the speakership scenario, because when that is over the Biden trainwreck is going to get very intense, very fast.

What would those lefty clowns get anyway if all of them or half the states could keep Trump off the ballot? Oh, I see. They would get to have Biden square off against Nikki who polls even higher against Biden. Idiots all of them.

Without cheating or some unforeseen circumstance, Trump is 47.

  10. I saw Nikki Haley surging in a recent poll and finger Vivek tanking hard.....

Nikki could gain some momentum and present an interesting challenge. would stick it to Kamala if Nikki became first female and woman of color president haha.

I would accept her over dump and Sliden
