  2. Alright, well, speak White Boy. What are you skeptical about.

I was still typing when you replied. So there is a sentence or two on the end of my previous posts that indicates what I am skeptical about.

Just because you can get an indictment does not necessarily mean you should prosecute the case, a la Durham. And I know you hardcore believed in him and his work but his cases were shit. Do these prosecutors in NY really want to look like a bunch of clowns? I don’t know. Then again, we do not know the evidence they have either.

I don’t see the upside for pursuing this from a prosecutorial standpoint.

As previously expressed, Trump does not adhere to the rules of the road and is always on the attack…

  4. Here we go. Looks like Ron just took my advice. (above). ie he should either stay out of it "or even side with Trump." versus using this as a weapon against Trump.

Good job Ron. You are welcome.

Ron DeSantis slams Alvin Bragg for 'pursuing a political agenda' in possible Trump indictment

Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) went after Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg for the possible indictment of former President Donald Trump on Monday.

DeSantis said at a press conference that he has not seen any facts regarding an arrest of Trump but did go after Bragg's record on crime, whom he lamented as a George Soros-funded district attorney who is using his office to "impose a political agenda."

  5. Well, usually prosecutors do questionable things for their personal or political gain.

Of course that can work to their detriment too.

Bragg is not going to get a conviction on this. Be lucky to get an indictment.

So if he gets an indictment he has to work his arse off on this stupid case to avoid losing and looking like a horse's necktie. Which is pretty much unavoidable at this point. The losing I mean.

He is over his skiis on this. He is too fucking stupid to prosecute this case and if he hands it off to a smart person, they are smart enough to see where this is headed. Bragg is just a dumb-fuck that George Soros got elected and then he owed Soros a lefty trophy. ie. Trump. Good luck wit dat.

The Grand Jury proceedings for this NY case were completed last week. Whether an indictment is coming is already known. Seeing all the preparations in NYC and elsewhere -- plus Trump's announcement -- I would say it is very likely an indictment is coming shortly (and already a done deal).

  7. I guess so. In reality they may have reached a decision. Technically the grand jury is still in session. They are allowing a witness to appear today.
