Election 2024 Foreplay

  1. Yep. Other media are talking about the RFK announcement.

So that is one of the first developments where I have to put a checkmark over in the Rumsfeldian column.

    MORE TO COME.

Also, as I said early this morning, "by the end of the day the media will be talking about swapping out Kamala for Newsom.

Right on schedule, I am listening to the talking heads doing exactly that.

The Kamala/Feinstein development is pre-Rumsfeldian. Fertile ground for something unanticipated at the beginning of the campaign season. Not saying a swap will happen, only that there are bells and whistles and flashing lights going on around the open Senate seat and also around Kamala that could lead to goofy-ness somewhere.

    MORE TO COME.

Glenn Youngkin is also potentially pre-Rumsfeldian.

    MORE TO COME.

Joe Biden could also go tits up healthwise or stepping-down wise but that does not count as an "unknown-unknown" per Rumsfeld. That was a Rumsfeldian "known-unknown" at the beginning of the campaign season.

  2. By Monday, all the dems here will be smirking and putting up links showing the number of republicans who are gravitating toward RFK too. I get all that. This is a problem for Trump too. I am just enjoying watching the Bidenistas in the media get twitchy.

Lots and lots of entertainment value there.

Joe Biden's Nightmare Election Scenario Might Be Coming True

Speculation that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. may leave the Democratic Party could turn President Joe Biden's 2024 nightmare reelection scenario into a reality.

While I have no idea who these people are 15% of democrats prefer RFK over Biden.Biden should have competed with RFK in the Dem primary rather then the general election. I guess Biden is listening to all those smart Dem big wigs you told us about.

Hope this becomes permanent. If an incumbent tries to ignore primary challengers those primary challengers should run in the general election.I hope Williamson also runs independent.GOP donors should fund her to get on swing state ballots. That will show The DNC:cool:.

For a guy who won by less than 45,000 votes it certainly is.

Listen, bro. We are heading for a close and contentious general election. Yes, Biden is weak for an incumbent but the stuff you’re sharing is even weaker. 15% ain’t shit. And you actually own your own self again by pointing out Biden is stronger than Trump, whom republicans have already voted for in two primaries and two general elections.
