Obviously the police knew the people of Egypt were like that. I think it would be more newsworthy if something like this didn't happen. Why is anyone shocked to see arabs acting like arabs?
I think Egypt's average national IQ is somewhere in the low 80s. Democracy isn't a realistic option for them. That's just life.
