    When do the new margin rules take effect for Nasdaq? Tomorrow or Monday? Thanks.

    When do the new margin rules take effect for Nasdaq? Tomorrow or Monday?

    Today at midnight. Tommorow morning, Spet.28, they'll be already in effect.
