Biden and Trump will be tied together till hell freezes over. All the kid needs to do is get his college degree from ASU and stay out of trouble during the next few years and let the idiots argue about someone (him) they don't know and will probably never meet. That will be a huge accomplishment after all the shit he's been through with the trial. Rittenhouse is a murderer, just he was overcharged which is a long way from innocent. Not guilty of charges is not the same innocent, basic stuff any lawyer would understand. Innocent means that a person did not commit the crime. Not guilty means that the prosecution could not prove "beyond a reasonable doubt" that a person committed the crime. Rittenhouse beat on a girl and absolutely was willingly in the orbit of Boogaloo boys and others after the shooting. Perhaps if he shows good behaviour in a couple of years Biden should say he misjudged him but for now there is no apology due.

During her daily press briefing, Ms Psaki was questioned by Fox News’s Peter Doocy regarding a video posted during the 2020 campaign which showed a photo of Mr Rittenhouse among pictures of right-wing protesters as audio played of the network’s anchor Chris Wallace asking Mr Trump whether he would condemn white supremacist and militia groups during a debate with Mr Biden. Doocy asked whether Mr Biden “would ever apologise” to Mr Rittenhouse “for suggesting online and on TV that he is a white supremacist”. Ms Psaki responded that the video was meant to show how Mr Trump “actively encouraged” white supremacists and right wing militia groups during his presidency, before addressing Mr Rittenhouse himself. In her answer, she referred to a 2020 photo that showed Mr Rittenhouse posing with members of the right-wing Proud Boys group following his not guilty plea in the case of the shootings in Kenosha, Wisconsin, for which he was charged. Mr Biden, she added, “spoke to the verdict last week, he has obviously condemned the hatred and division and violence we’ve seen around the country [committed] by groups like the Proud Boys, and groups that that individual has posed in photos with”.
"OK" even if Biden was apologizing to Kyle, which I don't believe because Washington Examiner lol, there wouldn't even be a need to since he wasn't called a white supremacist in the ad. He was called militia white supremacist adjacent at best.

This why Rittenhouse should be a great person to help the BLM cause He was overcharged....this is the base issue of BLM , Justice bias Many people of color get overcharged then are forced to plea bargain down to a lesser charge.....many times they are not guilty of the lessor charge but the risk to go to trial is to high Rittenhouse could bring the other half of the country together with BLM...he would become a unifier BLM is not interested in that, instead they called him a White Supremist…..BLM doesn’t want a solution because they would go out of business
