nitro, I believe the most common technical term for what you're looking for is "thin bezel". I've seen them as low as 0.4in (10mm), maybe less now (ultra-thin, super-thin, what have you.) Google "thin bezel monitor" or simply "thin bezel".
Shoot, its a section 179 deduction and in the avg ET bracket of 90%, net's only 1600. Cheaper than DELL.
