I heard anecdotally that there exists a route that first checks EDGX, then BOSX, and if neither have liquidity, it goes to NY. If anyone knows the name of this route or any details, please respond here or PM me. Thanks!
I think the route you are referring to is called AROUC. It sweeps EDGA ..........NQBX........NYSE......lastly EDGX
