ECN order priorities

Wondering : are there any ECNs or regionals that use a Time then Price priority for NYSE stocks ?

 

Can you give an example? I can't see how this would work.

 

I have never heard of such a thing. Unless I missed something, it's always price then time, regardless of exchange. Who knows, maybe it exists.

 

NO there are not.

 

YEs...but only if the orders are for the same size and same order( mkt,limit)
