You need to ask your broker. Some do not pass the fees through correctly. Some give you the worst tier, regardless of whether they do enough volume for one of the better tiers. Search for "fees" on the individual ECN sites for the definitive numbers. I've probably posted the links here at some point, too, if you want to search here for something like "ECN AND fees".
