Echo Remote Trading Minimum Contribution?

Discussion in 'Prop Firms' started by hapaboy, Nov 6, 2002.

  1. In light of Echo's merge with VB, has their minimum contribution to trade remotely changed? In searching the forums I've seen comments made that seem to contradict each other. Some comments say the minimum is now 25K, others say they believe 10K is still the minimum. I've also heard that 10K is acceptable but with restrictions on number of shares until further account equity is built-up, which seems totally reasonable...

Would appreciate it if Echo members, especially management, would comment.

Finally, what other prop firms out there offer remote trading for less than 25K contribution?

    Thank you!

  2. Well it's kind of late...even for Phoenix.

I spoke with Gabrielle the office administrator within the last few weeks and she said 10K.

However, Rob or Jeff will have the final say. They are very nice guys and will gladly help you.

But if you want to trade futures, you have to fund a seperate account with another $10k minimum.
