    This showed up on my IB TWS screen (rather cryptic)

    To ECBOT,GLOBEX traders:
    Mon Nov 17 19:47:55 2008 EST

    Trading is halted in Livestock, Dairy, and Interest Rate futures and options due to technical problems at the exchange. All Day and Session orders placed prior to 18:30 will be canceled prior to their markets re-opening. There is no ETA on the markets re-opening at this time.
