    They do, but pre-open is at 5:30 pm.

    Just in from my clearing firm:

    "eCBOT is having an issue at the host level where nobody is able to connect to them."

    eCBOT is working fine now. Opening has been delayed until 6:15 for the financials, 6:30 for the metals and 6:45 for the grains.
