    I say to buy under 25. Wait for the double bottom. The P/E is still a little bit high. Wait for the P/E to get under 30 and thats where the double bottom will occur.

    I echo Efficiency's remark. What is your point. Those ratings are from Analysts, for God's sake, what does that tell us?
