I would NEVER buy anything of substance from E-Bay without using the ebay payments to protect myself from a scam artist. Let see..... send a personal/cashiers check or a money order to Romania for a monitor with no recourse if it falls through and is a scam. NO THANK YOU!!!!!!
Bought a saddle that was totally misrepresented, unusable, piece of crap. The sellers were ok rated on small ticket items, this being their first high dollar item. Ebay said tough nut kiddo, your fault. You should have used our escrow or whatever. So.... to heck with ebay forever.
